When trying on the underwear, we ask you to observe the general hygiene rules and only try on underwear over your own underwear.
Returned Products must be returned in the same conditions as you received them, complete with all attachments and labels. For example, products must be returned in their packaging, complete with cardboard and so on.
The processing of returns or complaints takes up to 1-3 business days.
You can return the parcel using a six-digit code provided in the delivery SMS or email. Use this code to return your parcel via any Omniva parcel machine without any additional costs.
